Just start a Google search
If a resulting link is spamming Google’s index, click on the SpamReport icon 
in the toolbar and the reporting form will appear in a dialog box.
Our software handles redirections so the main fields should be set with correct values.
Simply verify the pre-filled fields and eventually click the appropriate descriptions before submitting.
